摘　　要：【目的】AC-AC调压电路较为常用,但原理较为复杂。为研究其特性,有必要对AC-AC调压电路进行仿真研究。【方法】分别对两种典型的AC-AC调压电路(单相交流调压电路和斩控式交流调压电路,的拓扑结构、工作原理、仿真波形进行介绍和分析,并对两种电路的波形和总谐波畸变率(THD)进行对比。【结果】通过波形对比发现,斩控式的调压电路的波形更为平滑,更符合实际应用的需求。但斩控型调压电路的谐波分量较为严重,总谐波畸变率(THD)过高,因此考虑使用LC滤波电路对电路的波形进行滤波。【结论】通过选取合适的电感和电容参数改进THD的数值来降低谐波分量,最终使电路达到实际并网中要求的THD低于5%的使用需求。[Purposes]The AC-AC voltage regulating circuit is commonly used,but its principle is relatively complex.In order to study its characteristics,this study introduces the working principle of the AC-AC converter circuit.[Methods]This study introduces and analyzes the topology,working principles,and simulation waveforms of two typical AC-AC converter circuits:single-phase voltage regulating circuit and AC chopper voltage regulating circuit.Then,the waveforms and total harmonic distortion(THD)of the two circuits are compared.[Findings]Through waveform comparison,it is found that the waveform of the chopper controlled voltage regulating circuit is smoother and more suitable for practical applications.However,the harmonic component of the chopper controlled voltage regulating circuit is relatively serious,and the total harmonic distortion rate(THD)is too high.Therefore,it is considered to use an LC filter circuit to filter the waveform of the circuit.[Conclusions]By selecting appropriate inductance and capacitance parameters,to improve the THD value,the harmonic component is reduced,and ultimately making the circuit meet the actual grid connection requirements of THD less than 5%.
