摘 要:【目的】以淮北煤矿芦岭Ⅲ4采区轨道上山巷道为工程背景,研究强膨胀性软岩对围岩巷道稳定性的影响并设计出合理的支护方案,保证巷道稳定性。【方法】采用SEM扫描电镜实验研究岩性微观成分,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对巷道围岩的变形及受力进行模拟,提出高预应力、高强度的锚杆锚索联合支护方案。【结果】研究表明,巷道岩性以蒙脱石、伊利石为主要成分,通过模拟可以发现,在未加支护的情况下,巷道会有较大的变形,而在支护方案下巷道围岩的变形明显缩小。【结论】通过对巷道围岩的分析,可以认为高预应力、高强度锚杆锚索联合支护方案能够有效控制巷道围岩的变形,为淮北矿区类似条件的矿井提供参考和借鉴。[Purposes]Taking the track climbing of the LulingⅢ4 mining area in Huaibei Coal Mine as the engineering background,this study investigates the influence of strong expansive soft rock on the stability of surrounding rock tunnels and designs a reasonable support plan to ensure the stability of roadway.[Methods]Using SEM scanning electron microscopy experiments to study the microscopic composition of lithology,and using FLAC3D numerical simulation software to simulate the deformation and stress of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,a high prestressed and high-strength anchor rod and cable combined support scheme is proposed.[Findings]The research shows that the lithology of the roadway is mainly composed of montmorillonite and illite.Through simulation,it can be found that the roadway will have greater deformation without support,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway will be significantly reduced under the support scheme.[Conclusions]Through the analysis of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,it can be concluded that the combined support scheme of high prestressed and high-strength anchor rods and cables can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,providing reference and reference for mines with similar conditions in the Huaibei mining area.
