摘  要:【目的】深部煤层气因其储层地质复杂及开发方式不成熟是目前开采效率低的主要原因,需对其开发方式进行研究。【方法】针对深部煤层气开发特点及复杂性,基于理论分析、压裂试验和现场应用等研究,证明深部煤层气在大规模缝网压裂工艺下可高效开发。【结果】研究表明,深部煤储层中割理和酸可溶物比例为缝网压裂提供了前提,储层中割理越发育、脆性矿物越多及水平应力差越小,越有利于裂缝的扩展与延伸,施工作业中低黏度压裂液、大排量压裂、适量的加砂量与酸液用量可增大储层改造的体积,有利于缝网大规模形成。【结论】将进一步增大施工排量、提高用砂量及采用组合型支撑剂等措施应用到鄂尔多斯DJ区块,可促进深部煤层气高效开发。[Purposes]The complex reservoir geology and immature development mode of deep coalbed methane are the main reasons for the low mining efficiency at present,it is necessary to study its development mode.[Methods]In view of the characteristics and complexity of deep coalbed methane development,based on theoretical analysis,fracturing test and field application,it is proved that deep coalbed methane can be developed efficiently under large-scale fracture network fracturing technology.[Findings]The study shows that the proportion of cleats and acid soluble substances in deep coal reservoirs provides a prerequisite for fracture network fracturing.The more developed cleats in the reservoir,the more brittle minerals and the smaller horizontal stress difference are,the more favorable it is for the expansion and extension of fractures.In the construction operation,low viscosity fracturing fluid,large displacement fracturing,appropriate amount of sand and acid can increase the volume of reservoir reconstruction,which is conducive to the large-scale formation of fracture network.[Conclusions]Therefore,measures such as further increasing the construction displacement,increasing the amount of sand used,and using combined proppants are applied to the DJ block of Ordos,which can promote the efficient development of deep coalbed methane.
