摘  要:【目的】梳理涉及卫星有效载荷相关的专利,为我国卫星有效载荷方面的创新主体提供发展参考。【方法】通过incopat专利数据库进行全面检索与分析。【结果】展示了全球和我国卫星有效载荷相关专利的申请量、申请趋势、申请人等信息的分布并进行简要分析【结论】我国相关技术起步晚,发展快,相关企业需辩证地学习国内科研院所、高校乃至其他国和地区主要创新主体的卫星发展路径,加速拓展卫星业务。[Purposes]This paper aims to sort out patents related to satellite payloads and provide a development basis for innovative entities in China's satellite payloads.[Methods]This paper conducts a comprehensive search and analysis by the incopat patent database.[Findings]This paper showed the distribution of patent applications,application trends,and applicants related to satellite payloads worldwide and in China,and provided a brief analysis.[Conclusions]China's technology started late but developed rapidly.Relevant enterprises need to dialectically learn from the satellite development paths of domestic research institutes,universities,and even major innovation entities in other countries and regions to accelerate the expansion of satellite business.
