摘 要:针对特厚煤层大采高综放开采区段煤柱合理留设的问题,以同发东周窑煤矿为工程背景,采用弹性力学极限平衡法求得煤柱合理的理论留设宽度为20.87~24.08 m,利用工程类比法得到该煤矿上区段采空区煤柱侧严重塑性破坏区宽度约为4 m.运用FLAC3D数值分析软件对四种煤柱留设方案下煤柱内部的垂直应力、塑性破坏特征及巷道围岩的变形量进行剖析,以确定该煤矿区段最合理的煤柱留设宽度.结果显示:窄煤柱受大采高综放开采的特厚煤层和下区段回采双向侧向支承压力叠加的影响容易失稳变形破碎.综合考虑,最终确定该煤矿区段煤柱合理留设宽度为24 m.In view of the problem of reasonable setting of coal pillar in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining section with large mining height in extra-thick coal seam,taking Tongfa Dongzhouyao coal mine as the engineering background,the reasonable theoretical setting width of coal pillar is between 20.87 and 24.08 m by using the limit equilibrium method of elasticity mechanics.By using the engineering analogy method,it is determined that the width of the serious plastic failure area on the side of coal pillar in the goaf of the upper section of the coal mine is about 4 m.The vertical stress,plastic failure characteristics of coal pillar and the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under four coal pillar retention schemes are analyzed by using FLAC3D numerical analysis software,so as to determine the most reasonable width of coal pillar in the section of this coal mine.It is concluded that the narrow coal pillar is easy to be unstable,deformed and broken due to the superposition influence of extra-thick coal seam in fully mechanized top coal caving mining with large mining height and bidirectional lateral abutment pressure in lower section.Considering comprehensively,it is determined that the reasonable width of coal pillar in the section of this coal mine is 24 m.
