摘　　要：以合肥市城市生活垃圾处理处置及当前分类实施现状为依据,借鉴国外典型国家及国内先行城市的有效做法,在“四分类”标准基础上探索了适用于合肥市的城市生活垃圾精细分类“四元二级”方案。该方案可有效解决其他垃圾桶中高误投率等技术问题、简化低值可回收物资源收集方式、节约收运和处理成本,从而有效提升合肥市城市生活垃圾资源回收利用率及其价值,并可作为特色模式方案进行推广。Based on the status of municipal solid waste treatment,disposal and its current classification in Hefei city,and using the effective practices of typical foreign countries and domestic leading cities for reference,a“Four-Type and Two-Stage”fine classification scheme of municipal solid waste for Hefei city is proposed to improve the“Four-Type”standard.The scheme can effectively solve the technical problems such as the high error rate of delivery in residual waste container,simplify the collection method of the low value recyclable wastes and save the costs of collection,transportation and treatment,so as to effectively improve the recycling rate and the value of municipal solid waste in Hefei City.It also can be promoted as a characteristic model.
