摘  要:在“新医科”人才培养的背景下,绝大多数口腔医学院校全口义齿的实验教学满足不了应用型人才培养的要求,完全跟不上现有全口义齿临床制作的能力和素质要求,而且在医学实验教学中忽视医德教育的现象比较普遍。在充分分析现行全口义齿教学方面存在的问题,提出基于仿真头模及翻转课堂为中心的全口义齿实验教学模式的构建以及实验教学育人的实践,从而探索和创新全口义齿医科人才培养模式。Under the background of“new medicine”talents training,the experimental teaching of com-plete dentures in most stomatological colleges in China cannot meet the requirements of talents train-ing,and it cannot keep up with the existing clinical manufacturing steps of complete denture.More-over,it is common to neglect medical ethics education in medical experimental teaching.Based on the investigation,this paper analyses the existing problems in the current complete denture teaching mod-el,and proposes the construction and practice of the complete denture experimental teaching model based on simulation head model and flipped classroom.The existing clinical manufacturing process of complete denture can be better reflected in the experimental teaching of undergraduate students,so as to explore and innovate the complete denture experimental teaching model.
