摘  要:DNAN基熔注炸药因优异的安全性能在世界范围内正广泛替代TNT基熔注炸药,但国内目前鲜有关于其在发射过载环境下的安全性研究报道,严重限制了国内榴弹等高膛压火炮用DNAN基熔注炸药的配方研制。为此,以DNAN/RDX(40/60)熔注炸药为对象,基于炸药抗过载装置,利用整形器技术进行波形整形,获得了与发射过载相似的载荷特征,建立了炸药装药发射安全性模拟试验装置,并采用临界底隙判据对炸药的发射安全性展开定量研究。结果表明:∅15 mm×14 mm的DNAN/RDX配方药柱在打击速度为2.85 m/s条件下,所受载荷峰值为306 MPa,脉宽为7.85 ms,临界底隙为3.19 mm;在打击速度为6.66 m/s条件下,药柱所受载荷峰值为681 MPa,脉宽5.99 ms,临界底隙为1.31 mm;在打击速度为9.26 m/s条件下,药柱所受载荷峰值为1100 MPa,脉宽5.58 ms,临界底隙为1.0 mm。根据药柱临界底隙随发射载荷幅值的变化规律,同一载荷下DNAN/RDX(40/60)临界底隙比B炸药大10%以上。DNAN based melt-cast explosive is widely replacing TNT based melt-cast explosive in the world because of its good safety.However,there are few reports on safety in the overload launch environment in China,which seriously limits the formulation development of DNAN based melt-cast explosive for high explosive projectiles fired by high-pressure weapons.In this paper,taking DNAN/RDX(40/60)melt-cast explosive as the object,a simulation experiment device of launch safety was established based on anti-overload device of explosive and the pulse shaper technology,and load characteri-stics similar to the launch overload were obtained.In addition,the launch safety of explosive was researched quantitatively based on the critical bottom gap criterion.The results show that the peak load of DNAN/RDX based explosive with∅15 mm×14 mm is 306 MPa,the pulse width is 7.85 ms and the critical bottom gap is 3.19 mm at the strike speed of 2.85 m/s.The peak load is 681 MPa,the pulse width is 5.99 ms and the critical bottom gap is 1.31 mm at the strike speed of 6.66 m/s.At the strike speed of 9.26 m/s,the peak load of the cartridge is 1100 MPa,the pulse width is 5.58 ms and the critical bottom gap is 1.0 mm.According to the variation of the critical bottom gap with the amplitude of launch load,the critical bottom gap of DNAN/RDX(40/60)melt-cast explosive is more than 10%larger than that of Composition B under the same load.
