基于前冲发射的调压式击发控制运动特性分析

摘  要:为了提高前冲发射对于火炮射角的适应性,降低瞎火现象对前冲火炮的影响,通过对前冲发射常规的定点击发、定速击发方式进行分析对比,提出了一种适用于前冲发射的新的调压式定速击发控制方式,分析计算出该击发方式下复进机压力与射角的对应关系,得到了该击发方式下的前冲运动特性,并将常规定速击发控制方式下瞎火后的前缓冲运动特性与变压定速击发控制方式下的前缓冲特性进行了对比。结果表明:采用变压定速击发控制方式在不同射角下的前冲特性基本相同,极大降低了前冲火炮由于射角变化导致的状态变化,同时,在发生瞎火时,前冲有效力较常规击发方式更加稳定,且在低射角时能够有效降低前冲有效力。In order to improve the adaptability of soft recoil firing to the firing angle of the gun and to reduce the impact of misfiring on soft recoil firing,a new pressure-regulated fixed-velocity firing control method for soft recoil firing is proposed by analysing and comparing with the conventional fixed-point and fixed-velocity firing method,and the corresponding relationship between the pressure of the recoil mechanism and the firing angle is analysed and calculated to obtain the forward motion characteristics of this firing method.The forward buffering motion characteristics of the conventional fixed velocity firing after misfiring were compared with those of the variable-pressure fixed-velocity firing control method.The results show that the soft recoil firing characteristics of the variable-pressure fixed-velocity firing control method are basically the same at different firing angles,which greatly reduces the state change of soft recoil firing due to change of the firing angle.At the same time,if there is a misfire,the effective force generated by forward motion is more stable than that when the conventional method is used.In addition,that force is also significantly reduced at low firing angles.
