火炮研发企业知识工程构建技术研究

摘　　要：在知识爆炸和火炮创新发展的大形势下,火炮研发企业所拥有的知识数量急剧增加,这对企业知识管理的能力和质量提出了新的要求,火炮研发企业知识工程的构建对企业未来发展质量的重要性不言而喻。从基本概念和企业面临问题出发,分析了火炮研发企业的知识工程构建需求,提出了火炮研发企业知识工程构建的基本思路和构建方案,并对火炮研发企业知识工程构建过程中的一些实施细节进行了着重强调,可对火炮研发企业的知识传承、知识创新提供一定的参考借鉴,助力火炮研发企业创建现代化企业新型发展模式。Under the situation of knowledge explosion and artillery technology innovation,the know-ledge quantity owned by artillery research and development(R&D)enterprises has increased sharply,which puts forward new requirements for the ability and quality of enterprise knowledge management.It is extremely important for the future development of artillery R&D enterprises to construct knowledge engineering.Starting from the basic concepts and problems faced by artillery R&D enterprises,construction requirements of knowledge engineering were analyzed,the basic ideas and construction schemes were proposed,and some implementation details were emphasized.This research can provide certain reference for knowledge inheritance and knowledge innovation of artillery R&D enterprises and help enterprises create a new development model.
