摘  要:豆粕作为畜禽日粮的优质蛋白质原料,多年来我国一直严重依赖进口。当前豆粕的供应日益紧张,已成为制约我国饲料业和畜牧业发展的“瓶颈”难题。文章综述了当前国内外家禽养殖行业中豆粕的减量替代技术研究进展以及相关应用案例,以期为实现豆粕减量替代、助力饲料产业降本增效、保障我国畜牧业可持续发展提供参考。As a high-quality protein raw material for livestock and poultry diets,soybean meal has been heavily dependent on foreign imports for many years in China.At present,the supply of soybean meal is increasingly tight,which has become a major challenge restricting the development of feed industry and animal husbandry.This article summarized the current research progress and relevant application cases of soybean meal reduction and substitution technology in poultry farming industry at domestic and for⁃eign,in order to provide a reference basis for realizing soybean meal reduction and substitution,helping the feed industry reduce costs and increase efficiency,and ensuring the sustainable development of ani⁃mal husbandry in China.
