摘  要:试验旨在研究有机微量元素减量替代无机微量元素对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选取体重为(22±1)kg的3月龄杜寒杂交公羔羊84只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复7只羊。3组试验羊分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1000 g/t无机微量元素(对照组)、300 g/t(处理Ⅰ组)和550 g/t(处理Ⅱ组)有机微量元素的饲粮。试验共计100 d,预试期10 d,正试期90 d,每天记录采食量,每30 d进行称重,正试期结束后采用全收粪法进行消化代谢试验,同时每组选取12只羊屠宰并采样,测定屠宰性能与肉品质指标。结果显示:(1)各组间生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)各试验组胴体脂肪含量值(GR值)、眼肌面积无显著差异(P>0.05),处理Ⅱ组肉羊屠宰率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)屠宰后各组间背最长肌亮度(L*)、红度(a*)以及熟肉损失率无显著差异(P>0.05),处理Ⅱ组的黄度(b*)显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,采用的有机微量元素添加剂减量替代无机微量元素对肉羊生产性能无负面影响,能够提高肉羊屠宰率并对肉品质有积极作用,在本试验条件下有机微量元素添加量为550 g/t。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding or subtracting organic trace elements instead of inorganic trace elements on the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of mutton sheep.A total of 843-monthold Dorper crossbred sheep lambs with a body weight of(22±1)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups.Each group has four repli⁃cates,with 8 lambs per replicate.Three groups of experimental sheep were fed with basal feed supplemented with 1000 g/t inorganic trace ele⁃ments(control group),300 g/t(treatmentⅠ)and 550 g/t(treatmentⅡ)of organic trace elements.The experiment lasted for 100 days,with a adaptation period of 10 days and a formal experimental period of 90 days.The feed intake was recorded every day and lambs were weighed every 30 days.Twelve sheep were slaughtered and sampled,and the slaugh⁃ter performance and meat quality indicators were determined.The results showed:①there was no signifi⁃cant difference in growth performance among the groups(P>0.05).②There was no significant difference in carcass fat content(GR value)and eye muscle area(P>0.05)among the test groups,but the slaughter rate of mutton sheep in theⅡtreatment groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).③There was no significant difference in the values of longissimus dorsi muscle brightness(L*),redness(a*)and cooked meat loss rate(P>0.05),and the yellowness(b*)of theⅡtreatment groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In summary,the organic trace element ad⁃ditive feed used to reduce the replacement of inorganic trace elements has no negative impact on the per⁃formance of mutton sheep,and can increase the slaughter rate of mutton sheep and improve meat quality.The addition of organic trace elements.The appropriate amount is 550 g/t under the current feeding re⁃gime.
