摘　　要：为了掌握目前市面上常见的金鱼饲料中常规营养成分含量以及水中稳定性的变化情况,从市场上选择了11种金鱼常规饲料(浮性饲料)进行营养成分含量及其水中稳定性检测,包括对饲料中的干物质、粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗灰分、钙、磷含量及其水中稳定性的检测。每个试样均做了两次试验,检测结果均遵循《饲料检测结果判定的允许误差》(GB/T 18823—2010),以两个重复试验的算术平均数作为最终结果。试验结果表明,当前市面上常见金鱼饲料营养成分的含水量<9%,粗灰分<16%,粗脂肪<15%,粗蛋白>25%,粗纤维<12%,钙<4%,磷<3%。一般要求鱼饲料浸泡30 min,水中散失率<20%,试验得出,市面上常见的11种饲料基本符合该标准。In order to grasp the market commonly used conventional nutrients content in the fish feed,and the change of the water stability,selected 11 kinds of conventional goldfish feed(floating feed)from the mar⁃ket to analyze their nutrient content and water stability,including the dry matter,crude fiber,crude protein,crude ash,calcium phosphorus content and water stability.Each sample was tested twice,and the test re⁃sults folbwed the"Allowable Error for Determination of feed Detection Results"(GB/T 18823—2010).The arithmetic mean of two parallel experiments was taken as the final result.The experimental results showed that the moisture content of commonly available fish feeds in the market is<9%,crude ash is<16%,crude fat is<15%,crude protein is>25%,crude fiber is<12%,calcium is<4%,and phosphorus is<3%.Generally,fish feed is required to be soaked for 30 minutes,and the water loss rate is 20%.The test results showed that the 11 commonly available fish feeds basically meet this standard.
