摘  要:[目的]探究野生车前种子快速萌发和提高发芽率的方法。[方法]以野生车前(Plantago asiatica L.)种子为试材,设置不同浓度(0.01、0.1、1.0、1.5、2.0、3.0 mmol/L)和浸种时间(6、12、24、36、48 h),利用隶属函数法,综合评价水杨酸(SA)浸种预处理对车前种子萌发的影响。[结果]车前种子在6 h和24 h浸种时间条件下,0.01 mmol/L SA浸种效果最佳,可有效促进车前种子萌发和幼苗生长,而在12 h和48 h浸种时间条件下,SA最佳浸种浓度分别为0.10 mmol/L和1.00 mmol/L;但在36 h浸种时间条件下,0.01~3.00 mmol/L SA处理均未促进车前种子萌发,反而清水浸种后的车前种子萌发效果最佳。5个浸种时间条件下,3.00 mmol/L SA处理均抑制车前种子萌发。[结论]该研究可为开发利用野生车前、提高种子发芽率提供参考依据。[Objective]The aim of this study was to exploring methods for rapid germination and improving germination rate of wild Plantago asiatica.[Method]Taking the wild P.asiatica seed as materials,the effects of salicylic acid soaking pretreatment on seed germination were evaluated by using the membership function method.The different concentration soaking seeds of SA was 0.01,0.1,1.0,1.5,2.0 and 3.0 mmol/L and the different soaking durations was 6,12,24,36 and 48 h.[Result]Under seed soaking time of 6 h and 24 h,0.01 mmol/LSA soaking had the best effect,which could effectively promote seed germination and seedling growth of P.asiatica.Under seed soaking time of 12 h and 48 h,the optimal soaking concentrations of SA were 0.10 mmol/L and 1.00 mmol/L,respectively.However,under soaking time for 36 h,the treatment of 0.01 to 3.00 mmol/L SA did not promote the seeds germination of P.asiatica.On the contrary,the germination effect of P.asiatica was best after water soaking.Under five soaking time conditions,3.00 mmol/L SA soaking treatment inhibited the seeds germination.[Conclusion]The research provided a reference basis for the development and utilization of wild P.asiatica and improving its germination rate.
