摘　　要：就惠州梅菜的发展现状及存在问题进行了分析,提出了相应的发展对策,如加大宣传力度、政企合力布局、品种提纯驯化和精进加工工艺,以期促进惠州梅菜的产业化发展助力乡村振兴。This article analyzes the development status and existing problems of Huizhou Meicai,and proposes corresponding development countermeasures,such as increasing publicity efforts,government-enterprise joint layout,variety purification and domestication,and refined processing technology,in order to promote the industrialization development of Huizhou Meicai and assist in rural revitalization.
