产教融合对高校智力资本管理的影响研究——来自长江经济带大学管理园区的启示与思考

摘　　要：知识经济时代,不光企业重视智力资本的发展和管理,高校也对此高度重视,因为它是高校教学水平高低、人才培养质量优劣的直接体现。产教融合作为提升高校智力资本管理水平的一项重要措施,不仅可以促进高校办学模式、人才培养模式的创新,同时也是适应高校教育改革、适应新时代高校培养技能应用型人才的需要。通过产教融合,可以强化学生的专业理论知识水平,也可以强化学生的职业实践技能,进而提高学生的综合素质。本文以长江经济带大学管理园区为例,论述了产教融合对高校智力资本管理的影响,同时提出了推进产教融合、提升高校智力资本管理水平的策略和建议。In the era of knowledge economy,not only do enterprises attach great importance to the development and management of intellectual capital,but universities also attach great importance to it,as it directly reflects the level of teaching and the quality of talent cultivation in universities.The integration of industry and education,as an important measure to improve the level of intellectual capital management in universities,can not only promote innovation in the mode of university education and talent cultivation,but also meet the needs of university education reform and the cultivation of skilled and applied talents in the new era.Through the integration of industry and education,students’professional theoretical knowledge level can be strengthened,as well as their professional practical skills,thereby improving their overall quality.This article takes the Yangtze River Economic Belt University Management Park as an example to discuss the impact of industry education integration on the management of intellectual capital in universities,and proposes strategies and suggestions to promote industry education integration and improve the level of intellectual capital management in universities.
