摘　　要：冀中南铁路出海通道邯黄铁路,作为河北省内一条重要的合资铁路,已进入到运量和盈利能力增加十分有限的瓶颈期。在对邯黄铁路货物运输结构现状以及运输资源利用现状分析的基础上,剖析邯黄铁路存在的问题。针对问题,提出通过优化货运结构、提升设施利用率、扩大路网效应以及谋划陆港联动等措施,以促进邯黄铁路未来发展。As an important joint venture railway in Hebei Province,the Han-Huang Railway,which is the railway outlet corridor to sea of Jizhong South,has entered the bottleneck period of limited increase in volume and profitability.Based on the analysis of the current situation of cargo transportation structure and transportation resources utilization of the Han-Huang Railway,we explore the existing problems of the Han-Huang Railway.In response to these problems,we propose to promote the future development of the Han-Huang Railway by optimizing the cargo transportation structure,improving the utilization rate of facilities,expanding the road network effect,and planning the land-port linkage.
