摘 要:介绍了高效减排环己酮氨肟化技术的工艺技术特点及其在100 kt/a环己酮氨肟化装置的工业应用情况,重点分析了叔丁醇回收系统的热集成技术改造及节能工艺。结果表明:高效减排环己酮氨肟化技术的目的是降低环己酮氨肟化装置的物耗能耗、减少废水排放量,其技术升级措施主要是提高双氧水浓度、强化反应过程、提高清液环己酮肟浓度,以及叔丁醇回收系统热集成技术改造;采用减压工艺对现有叔丁醇回收系统进行改造,环己酮肟收率基本不变,蒸汽消耗下降约32%;高效减排环己酮氨肟化技术在100 kt/a环己酮氨肟化装置的工业应用表明,装置产能提高约15%,生产1 t环己酮肟的环己酮消耗下降6 kg、双氧水消耗下降15 kg、蒸汽消耗下降30%、污水外排量减少120 kg;该技术的应用节能降耗效果显著,每年增加经济效益约1400万元。The process characteristics of efficient-emission reduction cyclohexanone ammoximation technology and its industrial application in a 100 kt/a cyclohexanone ammoximation plant were introduced.The thermal integration technology renovation and energy-saving process of tert butanol recovery system were emphatically analyzed.The results showed that the purpose of efficient-emission reduction cyclohexanone ammoximation technology was to reduce the material and energy consumption and wastewater discharge of cyclohexanone ammoximation unit,and the technical upgrading measures mainly included increasing the concentration of hydrogen peroxide,strengthening the reaction process,increasing the concentration of cyclohexanone oxime in reaction liquid and reforming the thermal integration technology of the tert butanol recovery system;the existing tert butanol recovery system was modified using a vacuum process,resulting in a steam consumption reduction of about 32% under a basically unchanged cyclohexanone oxime yield;the industrial application of efficient-emission reduction cyclohexanone ammoximation technology in a 100 kt/a cyclohexanone ammoximation plant showed an increase of about 15% in the production capacity of the plant and decreases of 6 kg in the consumption of cyclohexanone,15 kg in the consumption of hydrogen peroxide,30% in the consumption of steam and 120 kg in the discharge of sewage for producing 1 ton of cyclohexanone oxime;and this technology provided a significant energy-saving and consumption reduction effect and increased economic benefit by about RMB 14 million yuan per year.
