摘  要:为降低熔体直纺98 dtex/48 f三角异形有光涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)生产过程中的毛丝数量,对生产工艺进行了优化。结果表明:控制原料PET熔体中端羧基含量在28~30 mol/t,采用过滤精度为1200目的纺丝组件滤网,设计三叶形喷丝孔叶长、弧半径均为0.22 mm,调整纺丝温度为294℃、集束上油位置在1100 mm,可有效降低毛丝数量,且生产稳定;工艺优化后,熔体直纺生产的98 dtex/48 f三角异形有光涤纶FDY的毛丝降等率为3.4%,纤维断裂强度为4.1 c N/dtex,断裂伸长率为45.2%,满足下游客户使用需求。The production process was optimized in order to reduce the number of broken filaments in the production process of 98 dtex/48 f bright triangular profiled polyester fully-drawn yarn(FDY)by melt direct spinning process.The results showed that the number of broken filaments can be effectively reduced under stable production by controlling the carboxyl end group content of 28-30 mol/t in PET melt raw material,using a spinning component of filter screen with a filtration accuracy of 1200 mesh,adopting a trilobal spinneret hole with both leaf length and arc radius of 0.22 mm,adjusting the spinning temperature to 294℃ and setting the collection oiling position to 1100 mm;and the melt direct spun 98 dtex/48 f bright triangular profiled polyester FDY produced had a broken filament downgrade rate of 3.4%,breaking strength of 4.1 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 45.2% after optimization,meeting the needs of downstream customers.
