摘 要:目的研究不同温度条件下无防腐剂保存法对16项尿液生化参数测定结果的影响,探讨24 h尿液标本收集保存的适宜方法。方法收集新鲜混合尿标本20份,每份分成4管,1管作为新鲜尿,另3管分别于低温、常温、高温条件保存24 h,分别测定16项定量生化参数,分析尿液保存前、后各参数测定结果的差异。结果尿液保存24 h后,低温组、常温组和高温组尿液离心处理前、后各项生化参数测定结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与新鲜尿(即刻组)比较:常温组尿葡萄糖及高温组尿pH值、肌酐、葡萄糖、钙、镁测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组其他参数测定结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低温保存是24 h尿葡萄糖测定标本收集保存的适宜方法,常温保存是24 h尿其他定量生化参数测定标本收集保存的适宜方法。Objective To study the influence of urine storage for 24 hours without antiseptics at different temperatures on the test results of 16 urinary biochemical parameters in order to approach the suitable method for specimen collection and storage of 24 hours urine.Methods A total of 20 samples of fresh mixed urine samples were collected and divided into four parts,one of which was as the fresh urine sample and the other three were respectively storaged at low temperature,room temperature and high temperature for 24 hours.16 biochemical parameters of the above urine samples were measured,and the differences of every parameters’test results between pre-and post-storage were analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the test results of all parameters between 24 hours storaged urine in different temperature groups with and without centrifugation process(P>0.05).Compared with the fresh urine group,the test results of urine glucose in room temperature group and urine pH value,creatinine,glucose,calcium and magnesium in high temperature group had statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while the other test results had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The low temperature storage is the fit specimen collection and storage method for the 24-hour urine glucose quantitative assay,while the room temperature storage is the fit method for the assay of the other 15 parameters of 24-hour urine.
