摘 要:目的:提出一种基于ZIF-8的双错位结构光纤二氧化碳体积浓度传感器,通过透射光谱强度的变化分析传感灵敏度。方法:利用3段单模光纤两两错位熔接,使得包层模和纤芯模形成M-Z干涉,并将发生干涉的区域作为传感区域,在其表面涂覆具有吸附气体作用的有机金属框架结构ZIF-8。结果:在二氧化碳体积分数0.03%~1.03%的范围内,该光纤传感器的灵敏度可达8.322 dB/%。结论:这种基于ZIF-8的二氧化碳传感器,具有制作简单、信号解调便捷等优势,对于当前CO 2浓度检测具有重要意义。Aims:This paper aims to propose an optical fiber sensor for carbon dioxide concentration with a double dislocation structure based on ZIF-8 by analyzing the sensing sensitivity through the change of incident light intensity.Methods:Three sections of a single-mode optical fiber were used for two-by-two dislocation fusion so that the cladding mode and the core mode formed the M-Z interference.The area where the interference occurred was used as the sensing area;and the surface was coated with an organic metal frame structure that could absorb gas ZIF-8.Results:In the concentration range of carbon dioxide 0.03%~1.03%,the sensitivity of the optical fiber sensor could reach 8.322 dB/%.Conclusions:This carbon dioxide sensor based on ZIF-8 has the advantages of simple fabrication and convenient signal demodulation,which is of great significance for the current CO 2 concentration detection.
