摘  要:目的:研究Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI复合材料的电磁波吸收性能。方法:采用水热沉积和原位聚合方法制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI复合材料,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA),对材料的微观结构、形貌和电磁性能进行了表征。结果:SnO_(2)和聚苯胺依次成功包覆在Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒上形成Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI复合材料。该材料具有良好的电磁波吸收性能,匹配厚度为4 mm时,最小反射损耗可达-61.6 GHz;匹配厚度为2.5 mm时的有效吸收带宽达到5 GHz。结论:Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI具有良好的阻抗匹配特性,在电磁波吸收方面具有广阔的应用前景。Aims:This paper aims to study the microwave absorption properties of Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI composites.Methods:Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI composites were prepared by hydrothermal deposition and in-situ polymerization.FT-IR,XRD,TEM,VSM and VNA were used to characterize the microstructure,morphology,and electromagnetic properties of the composite.Results:SnO_(2)and polyaniline were successfully coated on Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles to obtain the Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI composites with good electromagnetic wave absorption performance.The minimum reflection loss reached-61.6 GHz when the matching thickness became 4 mm;and the effective absorption bandwidth reached 5 GHz when the matching thickness was 2.5 mm.Conclusions:Fe_(3)O_(4)@SnO_(2)@PANI has good impedance matching,leading to broad application prospects in electromagnetic wave absorption.
