摘 要:针对高压气体爆破致裂机理和振动效应传播机制研究不足的现状,首先,系统分析了冲击波、多介质流场与炮孔孔壁界面之间的相互作用全过程,突破了爆破荷载在孔壁界面处的过理想连续条件,推导了满足界面压力不连续条件的孔壁压力计算模型;然后,提出了一种高压气体爆破作用下层状岩体的地表振动效应预测方法,并通过比较所提预测方法与数值模拟方法对同一算例的地表振动效应计算结果,验证了所提地表振动效应预测方法的可行性。研究结果表明:在掏槽爆破效果相同的前提下,高压气体爆破比炸药爆破更能有效控制层状岩体的爆破振动效应安全;可为高压气体爆破的方案优化和振动效应预测及控制提供重要的理论指导,尤其适用于地表振动需要严格控制的城市地下工程。At present,the research on the mechanism of rock breaking and vibration effect caused by high-pressure gas blasting is in the primary stage,and the theory is far behind practice.Firstly,the whole process of the interaction between the shock wave,multi-media flow field and hole-wall interface was systematically analyzed.And the calculation model of hole-wall pressure under high-pressure gas blasting with the discontinuous-interface condition of pressure was deduced,which breaks through the over ideal continuous condition of blasting load at the interface of hole wall.Then,a prediction method of ground vibration effect of layered rock mass under high-pressure gas blasting was proposed.By comparing the results of ground vibration effect calculated by the proposed prediction method and the numerical simulation method for the same example,the feasibility of the proposed prediction method was verified.The results show that high-pressure gas blasting is more effective than explosive blasting in controlling the ground vibration effect of layered rock mass on the premise of the same cutting blasting effect.This study can provide important theoretical guidance for the scheme optimization of high-pressure gas blasting and the prediction and control of ground vibration effect,especially for urban underground projects where ground vibration needs to be strictly controlled.
