摘  要:大口径冷水管在提升超大流量的冷水海水过程中,复杂多变的运行工况将导致管道振动和失稳。为揭示平台运动作用下冷水管动力响应特性,基于悬臂梁理论模型,全面考虑平台运动、内流、外流及配重块作用,建立管道振动控制方程及边界条件,结合半解析解法,求解出两种边界条件下的半解析解,并与Galerkin方法对比,验证其准确性和有效性。结果表明:仅平台运动振幅影响管道振动变形的发展规律,而平台振动频率的影响几乎可以不计;在平台运动作用下,可显著提高内流对管道振动变形的影响,使管道振动变形提前进入过渡阶段,而平台运动对于仅受外流作用下管道振动的横向位移影响甚微;管道底部配重块的质量越大,对管道的振动变形抑制效果越强。In order to reveal the dynamic response characteristics of a cold-water pipe under the action of platform motion,based on the cantilevered beam theoretical model,the pipe vibration control equations and boundary condition were established by comprehensively considering the platform motion,internal flow,external flow,and clump weight action,combined with the semi-analytical solution method.The semi-analytical solutions under two boundary conditions were solved and compared with the Galerkin method to verify its accuracy and effectiveness.Results show that only the platform motion amplitude affects the development law of pipe vibration deformation,while the effect of platform vibration frequency can be almost disregarded.Under the action of platform motion,the influence of the internal flow on the pipe vibration deformation enter the transition stage in advance,while the platform motion has little effect on the lateral displacement of the pipe vibration under the clump weight at the bottom of the pipe.The heavier the clump weight,the stronger the suppression effect on the vibration deformation of the pipe.
