摘  要:高柔塔风电机组具有轻质、高耸、低阻尼等特点,使得其在不同激励作用下的振动响应更为激烈,研究其在运行状态下的振动规律和动态特性对机组的安全评估具有重要意义。以某140 m级高柔塔风电机组塔筒为研究对象,测量其在不同高度处的振动响应信号,利用频谱分析方法分析其频域特性和振动形式;通过小波包分解和能量熵计算原理对实测信号进行分解和计算,得到塔筒结振动信号的能量分布特性和能量熵,并分析了两者之间的关系;最后对不同工况下各个测点振动信号的均方根(root mean square,RMS)值和能量熵进行统计,发现:随着发电功率的提升,塔筒振动信号RMS值具有增大的趋势,振动能量具有先分散后集中的分布规律,能量熵具有先增大后变小的变化趋势,试验表明,发生这一变化的本质原因是随着叶轮转速的提升,塔筒结构的振动形式由自振-强迫振动-共振的变化导致了塔筒振动能量的强度和分布发生了改变。A high-soft tower wind turbine has the characteristics of light weight,high towering,and low damping,which makes its vibration response more intense under different excitation.It is of great significance to study its vibration regularity and dynamic characteristics under operating conditions for the safety assessment of the wind turbine.Taking a 140 m high-soft tower wind turbine tower as the research object,measuring its vibration response signal at different heights,using the spectrum analysis method to analyze its frequency domain characteristics and vibration form;through wavelet packet decomposition and energy entropy calculation principle,the measured signal was decomposed and calculated to obtain the energy distribution characteristics and energy entropy of the vibration signal of the tower junction,and the relationship between the two was analyzed.Finally,the root mean square(RMS)value and energy entropy of the vibration signal of each measuring point under different working conditions were counted.It was found that:with the increase of power generation,the RMS value of the tower vibration signal has an increasing trend,the vibration energy has a distribution law of first dispersing and then concentrating,and the energy entropy has a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The essential reason for this change is that with the increase of the impeller speed,the vibration form of the tower structure changes from natural vibration-forced vibration-resonance,which leads to changes in the intensity and distribution of tower vibration energy.
