摘 要:在动荷载作用下,考虑中空玻璃空腔体积改变与空腔内气体压强的关系、玻璃的双模量特性、大挠度变形时玻璃的中面拉力、玻璃的阻尼以及惯性力等因素,利用静力平衡方程、几何变形方程及物理方程,建立了玻璃的动力学方程;运用多尺度法求解玻璃的动力学方程,得到了玻璃的幅频响应方程和相频响应方程;分析了阻尼系数、玻璃的边长、厚度等因素对玻璃振幅的影响,分析结果表明:阻尼系数和玻璃边长对振幅的影响较大,玻璃厚度的影响较小。Under dynamic load,considering relation between volume change of insulating glass cavity and gas pressure inside cavity,dual modulus characteristics of glass,glass mid plane tension during large deflection deformation,damping and inertial force of glass,and so on,dynamic equations of insulating glass were established using static equilibrium equations,geometric deformation equations and physical equations.By using the multi-scale method,dynamic equations of insulating glass were solved to obtain amplitude-frequency response equation and phase-frequency response equation of insulating glass,and analyze effects of various factors of damping coefficient,glass edge length and thickness on glass amplitude.The analysis results showed that damping coefficient and glass edge length have a larger impact on glass amplitude,while effects of glass thickness are smaller.
