摘 要:针对低温环境对船舶多孔舾装材料声学性能的影响,阻抗管吸/隔声性能测试研究是被开展。基于传递函数法进行不同环境影响下玻璃棉材料的声学性能测试,试验给出了温度和含水率对玻璃棉材料声学性能的影响规律;在此基础上,以内河破冰船为例分析了低温环境下玻璃棉材料声学性能变化对舱室噪声的影响。研究表明,低温环境下玻璃棉的高频吸声系数将随含水率增加而显著下降,插入损失随含水率增加而增加,但低温环境导致玻璃棉材料声学性能的变化不会提高舱室噪声的超标风险。Here,aiming at effects of low-temperature environment on acoustic performance of porous outfitting materials,testing studies on impedance tube absorption/sound insulation performance were conducted.Based on the transfer function method,acoustic performance of glass wool material under different environmental influences was tested,and effects of temperature and moisture content on acoustic performance of glass wool material were experimentally presented.Then,effects of changes in acoustic performance of glass wool material on cabin noise in low-temperature environment were analyzed taking an inland river icebreaker as an example.The study showed that high-frequency sound absorption coefficient of glass wool in low-temperature environment can significantly drop with increase in moisture content,and insertion loss can increase with increase in moisture content;changes in acoustic performance of glass wool material caused by low-temperature environment can’t increase the risk of cabin noise exceeding the standard.
