摘 要:为正确鉴定甘蔗新品种‘中糖1号’的丰产性、稳定性、适应性及品质、抗性等特性,参加了全国甘蔗新品种第13轮联合区域试验。在2018—2020年的第13轮联合区试中,以全国18个区试点的数据结果统计,‘中糖1号’(全国甘蔗联合区试试验中代号为‘中糖1202’)在14个参试品种中表现为出苗率最高、宿根发株率最好,株高最高,公顷有效茎数最多,一年新植两年宿根平均蔗产量113925 kg/hm^(2),比对照‘新台糖22号’增产25.37%,与对照‘新台糖22号’比,18点次增产;平均含糖量16590 kg/hm^(2),比对照‘新台糖22号’增产23.99%,与对照‘新台糖22号’比,17点次增产;11—12月平均甘蔗蔗糖分13.83%,1—3月平均甘蔗蔗糖分14.92%,全期平均甘蔗蔗糖分14.45%,比‘新台糖22号’低0.27个百分点。人工接种鉴定对黑穗病的抗性级别为5级,抗性反应型为中抗。对花叶病的抗性级别为3级,抗性反应型为中抗。根据区域试验糖产量结果表明,‘中糖1号’适宜种植区域有河池、北海、来宾、崇左、龙州、桂林、保山、柳州、福建漳州、百色、柳城、海南临高、云南开远、临沧、广东遂溪、湛江,为‘中糖1号’在全国各地的种植推广提供了科学依据。In order to correctly identify the high yield,stability,adaptability,quality,resistance and other characteristics of the new sugarcane variety‘Zhongtang 1’,it was tested in the 13th round of national joint regional trials of new sugarcane varieties.In the 13th round of joint regional trials from 2018 to 2020,based on data from 18 trial areas across the country,‘Zhongtang 1’(codenamed‘Zhongtang 1202’in the national sugarcane joint regional trial)showed the highest seedling rate,the best ratoon rate,the highest plant height,and the highest number of millable stalks among the 14 tested varieties.The average sugarcane yield for oneyear planting and two-year ratoon was 113925 kg/hm^(2),performed an increase of 25.37%as compared to the control‘ROC 22’.Compared with the control‘ROC 22’,the yield increased at 18 trial areas;the average sugar yield was 16590 kg/hm^(2),which was 23.99%higher than the control‘ROC 22’.Compared with the control‘ROC 22’,the yield increased at 17 trial areas;the average sugarcane sucrose content from November to December was 13.83%,was 14.92%from January to March,and was 14.45%across the whole tested period,which was 0.27 percentage points lower than‘ROC 22’.The resistance level to smut disease identified by artificial inoculation was level 5,and the resistance response type was medium resistance.The resistance level to mosaic disease was level 3,and the resistance response type was medium resistance.According to the results of sugar yield in regional trials,the suitable planting areas for‘Zhongtang 1’include Hechi,Beihai,Laibin,Chongzuo,Longzhou,Guilin,Baoshan,Liuzhou,Zhangzhou,Baise,Liucheng,Lingao,Kaiyuan,Lincang,Suixi,and Zhanjiang,providing scientific basis for the planting and promotion of‘Zhongtang 1’throughout the country.
