摘　　要：甜菜是我国第二大糖料作物,是新疆主要的经济作物,甜菜产业的健康发展对巩固我国边疆脱贫攻坚成果及助力乡村振兴具有重要意义。近年来,国家糖料产业技术体系积极推进甜菜种植区域逐步向新疆喀什温热地区转移,拓展了甜菜种植范围,提升了甜菜制糖业产能,取得了显著的成效,但目前喀什地区甜菜产业发展中存在科技贡献率低、农业基础设施有待完善、高标准农田建设不达标、甜菜精深加工不足、产业链条仍然偏短等问题。本文针对新疆喀什地区甜菜糖业实践情况,梳理和分析了新疆温热区甜菜产业发展的现状、提升潜力及存在的问题,并提出了相应的发展建议,为更好地促进该地区甜菜产业绿色发展提供依据。Sugar beet is the second largest sugar crop in China and the main economic crop in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.The healthy development of sugar beet industry is of great significance to consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication in China􀆳s frontier and help rural revitalization.In recent years,the national sugar industry technology system has actively promoted the gradual transfer of sugar beet planting area to the temperate region growing areas of Kashgar in Xinjiang Autonomous Region,expanding the sugar beet planting area and improving the sugar production capacity of sugar beet industry,which has achieved remarkable results.However,there are still issues in the development of sugar beet industry in Kashgar region.The contribution rate of science and technology is low,and the agricultural infrastructure needs to be improved;High standard farmland construction does not meet the standards;Precision and deep processing of sugar beet is insufficient,and the industrial chain is still relatively short.In this paper,we sort out and analyze the current situation,enhancement potential and problems in the development of sugar beet industry in the temperate region for the practice of sugar beet industry in Kashgar,Xinjiang,and put forward corresponding development suggestions to provide a basis for better promoting the green development of sugar beet industry in the region.
