摘　　要：GB/T 12350-2022《小功率电动机的安全要求》已正式发布,本标准在起草过程中参考了GB/T 755-2019《旋转电机定额和性能》、GB 4706.1-2005《家用和类似用途电器的安全第1部分:通用要求》等文件,从产品开发和性能两方面提出了新要求。本文对GB/T 12350-2022和GB/T 12350-2009的差异进行对比,从术语和定义、标志与说明、内部布线、工作温度下的泄漏电流、元件等内容对新旧标准进行原因分析,并概括出标准换版的要点,为小功率电动机产品的生产企业和相关第三方检测机构快速理解与应用新标准提供参考。GB/T 12350-2022 Safety Requirements of Small Power Motors has been released.The standard took references in the drafting stage from GB/T 755-2019 Rotating Electrical Machines-Rating and Performance,GB 4706.1-2005 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances-Safety-Partl:General Requirements,etc.New requirements are put forward from the angles of product development and performance.This paper compares the differences between GB/T 12350-2022 and GB/T 12350-2009,analyzes the reasons within from the chapters of Terms and Definitions,Signs And Instructions,Internal Wiring,Leakage Current at Operating Temperature,Components and other contents,and summarizes the key points of the standard version change,which provides reference for the production enterprises and relevant third-party testing institutions of low-power motor products to quickly understand and apply the new standard.
