摘 要:本文针对多联机搭配多内机在制热达温后精准控温的难题,提出了通过周期性改变达温内机EEV阀来控制冷媒流量的方案,并研究了方案对各系统运行参数的影响进行了研究。结果表明:周期性开启阀的时间越短,对应内机的出风温度波动越小,而且平均出风温度越低,越稳定,其中周期性关阀360s后开阀20s和10s方案,相比于原方案,单位小时房间温升分别下降了82.4%和85.1%,说明周期性控制制冷剂流量能够很好的降低达温房间温升,提高控温精准度。Aiming at the problem of temperature control of VRF in the heating mode,this paper puts forward a scheme to control the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the internal machine by periodically changing,and studies the influence of various parameters of the system and the actual control effect when indoor unit reach it's set temperature.The results show that the shorter the time of opening the valve periodically,the smaller the fluctuation of the outlet air temperature of the corresponding internal unit,and the lower and more stable the average outlet air temperature comparing with keeping the standby opening all the time,.The room temperature rise per hour of the scheme of opening the valve for 20 s and 10 s after closing the valve for 360 s periodically decreases by 82.4%and 85.1%respectively,which indicates that the periodic on-off valve control can reduce the room temperature rise very well,and this sheme can improve the accuracy of room temperature control.
