摘　　要：常规饮水机定量出水功能对杯子规格要求比较高,难以满足用户个性化的需求。随着机器视觉技术的发展,使得家电更加智能化。本文将机器视觉技术与饮水机相结合,通过对图像灰度值分类,设定不同的分割阈值,有效地提高不同种类杯子的杯口识别率。并根据图像中提取杯口轮廓和水位轮廓,设定阈值使其能够自动停水,避免了水资源的浪费,同时提高用户的智能化使用体验。There are high demands for the quantitative water outlet function when using water dispensers today.With the development of machine vision technology,the household electrical appliances become more intelligent.This article explored the application of machine vision technology in water dispensers.Different segmentation thresholds were set based on classifying image grayscale values.The contours of the cup mouth were effectively segmented in different types of cup images.The contours of the cup mouth and the water level in the images were compared and analyzed.The system can automatically stop the water flow by setting thresholds.The technology can avoid wastage of water resources.This innovation can enhance users'experience of using smart appliances.
