摘　　要：目的建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-HPLC)法测定直立式聚丙烯输液袋装葡萄糖注射液中抗氧剂1010、330、1076及168的含量。方法葡萄糖注射液采用固相萃取柱净化、富集,4 mL甲醇与5 mL二氯甲烷作为洗脱溶剂,以乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(63∶30∶7)为流动相,使用Welch XB-C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离,使用紫外可变波长检测器,进样体积为20μL,检测波长为280 nm,外标法定量。结果抗氧剂1010、330、1076及168分别在2.455~245.490μg/mL、2.480~247.995μg/mL、4.900~490.000μg/mL和4.900~490.000μg/mL相关系数均≥0.9998;回收率分别为84.60%~95.42%(RSD:3.83%)、85.40%~96.08%(RSD:3.75%)、89.26%~100.89%(RSD:3.93%)、91.88%~103.26%(RSD:3.38%)。结论方法易于操作且结果可靠,可用于直立式聚丙烯输液袋装葡萄糖注射液中抗氧剂1010、330、1076及168的含量测定。Objective To establish an solid-phase extraction high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of antioxidant 1010,330,1076 and 168 in glucose injection with vertical polypropylene infusion bag.Methods A solid-phase extraction column was used with eluent(4 mL of methanol and 5 mL of dichloromethane)for purification and enrichment of glucose injection,acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water(63∶30∶7)was used as mobile phase,and a Welch XB-C 18 analytical column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used for separation.Detection was performed using a UV variable wavelength detector at a wavelength of 280 nm.The injection volume was 20μL,and it was quantified using an external standard method.Results For antioxidant 1010,330,1076 and 168,the detection range was 2.455-245.490μg/mL,2.480-247.995μg/mL,4.900-490.000μg/mL and 4.900-490.000μg/mL,respectively,with a correlation coefficients were≥0.9998.The recovery rates for antioxidant 1010,330,1076 and 168 in the determination method were 84.60%-95.42%(RSD:3.83%),85.40%-96.08%(RSD:3.75%),89.26%-100.89%(RSD:3.93%)and 91.88%-103.26%(RSD:3.38%),respectively.Conclusion This method is convenient and reliable,so it could be used for determination of antioxidant 1010,330,1076 and 168 in glucose injection with vertical polypropylene infusion bag.
