摘 要:收集了市面上常用于面膜基布的12种水刺非织造材料,分别对其透气性、机械性能、柔软性、吸水保水性、透湿性和透明度等性能进行相关测试与评价。结果表明:本实验所选的水刺基布透气率在601.568 mm/s~1256.26 mm/s之间,相同纤维原料下,随着面密度的增加,孔隙减少,基布的透气性和透明度下降,柔软性变差,但是力学性能提高,且基布的纵向强力大于横向强力;同种面密度下,竹纤维比粘胶纤维透气性、吸水性好。另外,几种纤维中,天丝纤维的透明度最好,其中面密度为30 g/m^(2)的20/80壳聚糖/天丝纤维水刺布的透明度最好,为78.16%±8.74%。研究为后续水刺面膜基布纤维原料的选择和结构的设计,提供了一定的参考价值。12 spunlace non-woven materials commonly used in mask base fabrics on the market were tested and evaluated for their breathability,mechanical properties,softness,water absorption and retention,moisture permeability and transparency.The results showed that the air permeability of the spunlace base fabric selected for this experiment ranged from 601.568mm/s to 1256.26mm/s.With the same fiber material,as the surface density increased,the pore space decreased,the air permeability and transparency of the base fabric decreased and the softness became worse,but the mechanical properties improved,and the longitudinal strength of the base fabric was greater than the transverse strength.Bamboo fiber was more breathable and absorbent than viscose fiber at the same surface density.In addition,tencel had the best transparency among the several fibers,20/80 chitosan/ten⁃cel fiber spunlace fabric with a surface density of 30 g/m^(2) had the best transparency of 78.16%±8.74%.The re⁃search provided a certain reference value for the selection of raw materials and the design of the structure of the subsequent spunlace mask base fabrics.
