摘 要:为了改善木材染色渗透性,以NaOH、H_(2)O_(2)对木材进行预处理,采用直接络合染料对木材进行染色,通过染色木材的横向及纵向显微镜图评价染色渗透性,分析不同预处理剂浓度、时间、温度对木材染色渗透性的影响,优化确定预处理工艺。结果表明:NaOH-漂白复合预处理对提高染液渗透性效果最好,且增加了木材染色色深值及鲜艳度。木材NaOH预处理的优化工艺参数为:NaOH的用量200 g/L、时间30 min、浴比50∶1、处理温度70℃;木材H_(2)O_(2)预处理的优化工艺参数为:H_(2)O_(2)(30%)的用量90 g/L、稳定剂的用量7.2 g/L、温度90℃、浴比50∶1、时间2 h。In order to improve the dyeing permeability of wood,NaOH and H_(2)O_(2)were adopted to pretreat the wood and direct complex dyes were used to dye the wood.The dyeing permeability was evaluated by transverse and longitudinal microscope images of the dyed wood,and the effects of different pretreatment agents concentra⁃tions,time,and temperature on the dyeing permeability of the wood were analyzed.The pretreatment process was optimized and determined.The results showed that the NaOH-bleaching composite pretreatment had the best effect on improving the permeability of dye solution,and increased the depth and brightness of wood dyeing.The optimized process parameters for wood NaOH pretreatment were:200 g/L NaOH,30 minutes,50∶1 bath ratio and 70℃treatment temperature.The optimized process parameters for wood H2 O2 pretreatment were:90 g/L H_(2)O_(2)(30%),7.2 g/L stabilizer,90℃temperature,50∶1 bath ratio and 2 hours.
