摘　　要：锦纶织物在使用涂料墨水直接进行数码印花时,会有明显的渗化现象,影响印花的清晰度,使用处理液对面料进行预处理可防止墨水渗化,同时也有颜色增深的效果。选用三款不同的水溶性聚合物对锦纶织物进行预处理,研究处理液种类及其浓度对印花效果的影响,以期提高锦纶面料数码直喷的印花质量。实验表明:使用处理液对锦纶面料进行预处理可有效改善印花清晰度,选用合适的处理液且将其调配至合适的浓度,可有效提升涂料墨水在锦纶面料上的色彩呈现效果。实验中,PR01处理液10%浓度处理锦纶面料的打印效果最佳。When using inkjet for direct digital printing,nylon fabric has obvious bleeding phenomenon and the clarity of printing is affected.The pretreatment of the fabric can prevent ink bleeding and deepen the color.In order to improve the printing quality of digital printing on nylon fabrics,three different water-soluble polymer were selected to pretreat nylon fabrics.The influence of treatment solutions and their concentrations on the printing effects was studied.The results showed that the nylon fabric pretreatment by solutions effectively improved the printing clarity.The proper treatment solutions and appropriate concentrations could effectively im⁃prove the color rendering effect of pigment ink on nylon fabric.In the experiment,the printing effect on nylon fabric pretreated by 10%PR01 treatment solution was the best.
