摘  要:为提升消防服隔热层的综合性能,采用芳纶1313、聚酰亚胺、中空阻燃涤纶三种纤维,以40%、50%、10%的质量分数均匀混合,梳理铺网并水刺加固制成试样,然后使用自制含铝涂料进行涂覆,分别测试镀铝前后试样的机械性能、热稳定性能、阻燃性能、热防护性能等。结果表明,镀铝试样的机械性能下降,但能够满足要求;阻燃性能和热防护性能有所提升;特别是均匀刷涂的镀铝方式,所制备的试样具有最优的综合性能,可有效提升消防服的综合性能。In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the heat insulation layer of fire suit,arami⁃don 1313,polyimide and hollow flame retardant polyester fibers were mixed at 40 wt%,50 wt%and 10 wt%,and carded and spunlaced into felt samples.The samples were conducted aluminizing process by self-made alu⁃minum-containing coating.The mechanical properties,thermal stability,flame retardant and thermal protection of the samples before and after aluminizing process were tested.The results showed that the mechanical properties of aluminized samples decreased,but still met the requirements;the flame retardant and thermal protection prop⁃erties improved.In particular,the sample prepared by the uniform brush aluminizing process had the best com⁃prehensive performance,which could effectively improve the comprehensive performance of the fire suit.
