摘 要:潜艇已成为现代水下作战的重要工具,其水下隐身性能主要依靠各类水下吸声材料所实现。将经编间隔织物实现的类填充微穿孔板结构水下吸声材料(WKSF-SF水下吸声材料)和空心微珠填充水下吸声材料(SF水下吸声材料)在人工海水环境下浸泡1年后,研究了海水老化对其压缩性能和水下吸声性能的影响规律。结果表明,WKSF-SF水下吸声材料受海水老化后,压缩强度和水下吸声系数均随浸泡时间逐渐下降,且在0~4个月下降较快。这是因为聚氨酯基体多孔结构的破坏、空心玻璃微珠表面点状腐蚀以及复合材料各界面之间的脱粘共同造成的结果。Submarine has become an important tool for modern underwater combat,and its underwater stealth performance mainly depends on various underwater sound-absorbing materials.The quasi-filled micro-perforated plate structure underwater sound-absorbing material(WKSF-SF underwater sound-absorbing material)and hollow microsphere-filled underwater sound-absorbing material(SF underwater sound-absorbing material)realized by warp-knitted spacer fabric were immersed in artificial seawater environment for one year,and the influence of seawater aging on its compression performance and underwater sound absorption performance was studied.The results showed that the compressive strength and underwater sound absorption coefficient of WKSF-SF underwater sound-absorbing material decreased gradually with immersion time after seawater aging,and decreased rapidly in 0-4 months.This was caused by the destruction of the porous structure of the polyure⁃thane matrix,the punctate corrosion of the hollow glass beads and the debonding between the interfaces of the composite materials.
