摘 要:测试了几种床垫用植物纤维材料、人造纤维材料及其制备的纤维床芯的吸、放湿性能。应用回归分析法绘制出各试样的吸、放湿曲线。结果表明,植物纤维材料中山棕纤维的放湿初始回潮率及吸湿平衡回潮率分别为13.41%和9.67%,剑麻纤维的分别为12.28%和9.35%;两种人造纤维材料Sorona与Lm的回潮率均较低。相同试验时间下,山棕纤维与剑麻纤维的吸、放湿速率均大于人造纤维材料Sorona与Lm,因此山棕纤维与剑麻纤维的吸、放湿性能均优于人造纤维材料Sorona与Lm。较植物纤维材料相比,各植物纤维床芯的回潮率及吸、放湿速率均有降低,但仍能保持良好的吸放湿性能。The moisture absorption and liberation properties of the plant fiber materials,artificial fiber mate⁃rials and the mattress cores made of these fibers were tested.The moisture absorption curves and liberation curves of all samples were depicted by using regression analysis method.The results showed that the initial moisture re⁃gain of moisture release and equilibrium moisture regain of moisture absorption of palm fiber in these plant fiber materials was 13.41%and 9.67%respectively,while that of the sisal fiber was 12.28%and 9.35%respectively.The moisture regain of two artificial fiber materials such as Sorona and Lm.were comparatively lower.The rates of the moisture absorption and liberation of the palm fiber and the sisal fiber were higher than those of the artificial fiber materials Sorona and Lm.in the same experimental time.Therefore,the palm fiber and the sisal fiber had the better moisture absorption and liberation properties than artificial fiber materials Sorona and Lm.Compared with plant fiber materials,the moisture regain and the rates of the moisture absorption and liberation of each plant fiber mattress core were reduced,while the mattress cores still maintained good moisture absorption and liberation properties.
