摘 要:碳纤维因具有高比强度、高比模量、耐高温等优点而被广泛应用于航空航天、交通运输等领域。众多研究表明,碳纤维的模量随碳化温度的升高而升高,碳纤维的强度则随着温度先升高后降低。如何制备高强度、高模量的碳纤维,一直是研究人员关注的主要问题。从碳纤维制备工艺和辐照改性碳纤维方面总结了提高碳纤维机械性能的方法,探讨了各阶段工艺参数的控制对碳纤维力学性能的影响,介绍了辐照改性碳纤维的研究现状。Carbon fibers are widely used in aerospace,transportation and other fields because of their high specific strength,high specific modulus and high-temperature resistance.Numerous studies have shown that the modulus of carbon fibers increases with the increase of carbonization temperature,and the strength of carbon fi⁃bers increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature.How to prepare high strength and high modu⁃lus carbon fibers has been the main concern of researchers.The methods to improve the mechanical properties of carbon fibers were summarized in terms of the carbon fiber preparation process and irradiation-modified carbon fi⁃bers,the influence of the process parameters control on the mechanical properties of carbon fibers at each stage was discussed,and the current research status of irradiation-modified carbon fibers was introduced.
