光伏用聚烯烃封装胶膜的交联反应研究

摘  要:研究了不同有机过氧化物和助交联剂在聚烯烃弹性体(POE)交联反应中对交联速率、交联度的影响。结果表明,有机过氧化物对于POE胶膜的交联速率起决定性作用,过氧化(2-乙基己基)碳酸叔戊酯交联速率最快,148℃时可达到叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯的2倍以上。对于提升交联度,助交联剂必不可少,脂肪族类助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯和2,4,6-三烯丙氧基-1,3,5-三嗪均能达到POE封装胶膜交联度要求的性能,在145℃、8 min层压条件下均可使POE胶膜的交联度达到70%以上,丙烯酸类助交联剂具有提升POE封装胶膜前期交联速率的特性,但需要通过硫化曲线来进行筛选。This study revealed the effects of different organic peroxides and co-crosslinking agent on the crosslinking rate and the degree of crosslinking.The results showed that organic peroxides played a decisive role in the crosslinking rate of Polyolefin(POE)encapsulant film,and the crosslinking rate of TAEC was the fastest,reaching more than twice that of TBEC at 148℃.For improving the crosslinking degree,co-crosslinking agents are essential,aliphatic co-crosslinking agents TAIC and TAC can achieve the performance required by POE encapsulation film crosslinking degree,which can achieve a crosslinking degree of over 70%for POE encapsulant film under 145℃and 8 minutes lamination conditions.Some acrylic co-crosslinking agents have the characteristic of improving the initial stage of POE encapsulant film crosslinking rate,but it needs to be screened by vulcanization curve.
