摘  要:分析了乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)喷涂用树脂的基础性能,研究通过破碎、分级得到目标粒径范围内满足喷涂用ETFE树脂粉末,在试制工件表面喷涂,并对喷涂样品测试评价。结果表明,ETFE树脂易破碎,可通过破碎工序得到小颗粒树脂,再通过分级工艺达到适合的粒径分布,大大提升了产品的利用率;MFR与熔点的差异对ETFE喷涂树脂的耐受性差异不明显,聚合工艺对其影响较大,其中溶剂相法制备的ETFE耐酸碱盐性能更佳。The paper analyzed the basic properties of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(ETFE)resin for coating,ETFE resin powder with target particle size was obtained by crushing and classifying,then coated on the surface of workpieces,and tested and evaluated the sprayed samples.The results showed that ETFE resin was easy to be broken,small particles could be obtained through the crushing process,and then the suitable particle size distribution could be achieved through the classification process,which greatly improved the utilization rate of the product.And the difference of MFR and melting point had no significant difference in the resistance of ETFE sprayed resin,and the polymerization process had a great influence on it,among which the solvent phase method had better resistance to acid,alkali and salt.
