摘  要:针对实验室5 L高压反应釜运行中存在的问题,选用带防尘盖的304材质的深沟球轴承,取消了原结构设计中的轴承支承座并调整深沟球轴承间的定位间距,并重新制作了内磁转子。实际运行结果表明,磁力搅拌轴在径向和轴向上的位移得到有效控制,磁力搅拌轴的回转精度提高,磨损及由于摩擦产生的高温对内磁转子钕铁硼磁体的影响减少,每年可减少因检修产生的成本支出约7.8万元,同时解决了因磨损物污染造成物料的金属离子超标问题,保障了课题项目的研发进度。In view of the problems existing in the operation of the laboratory 5L high-pressure reactor,the 304 material deep groove ball bearing with dust cover was selected,the bearing support seat in the original structure design was cancelled,the positioning distance between the deep groove ball bearings was adjusted,and the internal magnetic rotor was rebuilt.The actual operation results showed that the radial and axial displacement of the magnetic stirring shaft was effectively controlled,the gyroprecision of the magnetic stirring shaft was improved,the impact of wear and high temperature caused by friction on the inner magnetic rotor NdFeb magnet was reduced,the annual cost of maintenance could be reduced by about 78,000 yuan,and the problem of excessive metal ions caused by wear pollution was solved.Which ensured the research and development progress of the project.
