摘 要:静钻根植桩是1种绿色环保的新型桩基形式,具有噪声低、无挤土、排泥少的优势,已在工业民用建筑工程中广泛应用。为研究静钻根植桩技术在长三角软弱土层地区高架桥梁中的适用性,依托上海S26公路新建工程设计原位与非原位试桩试验,对试验桩在竖向、水平向进行单向多循环荷载试验和极限荷载承载性能试验,同步进行桩身质量控制和完整性检测试验,结合试验数据分析静钻根植桩的承载性能、施工性能和经济效率等关键工程技术指标。结果表明,静钻根植桩适用于长三角地区软弱土层,具有可靠的竖向、水平向静、动载承载性能。施工效率高,质量控制点明确,相比传统钻孔桩具有经济优势。研究结果可为类似土层条件下,推广静钻根植桩工法提供参考。Static drilling root-embedded pile is a new type of green&environmentally friendly pile foundation,which has the advantages of low noise,no soil compaction,and less mud discharge.It has been widely used in industrial&civil construction projects.In order to study the applicability of static drilling root pile technology in elevated bridges in the soft soil area of the Yangtze River Delta,relying on the design of the new construction project of Shanghai S26 highway,in-situ&non-insitu test pile tests are conducted on the test piles.Unidirectional multi-cycle load tests&ultimate load bearing performance tests are conducted on the test piles in the vertical&horizontal directions.Simultaneously,pile body quality control&integrity testing tests are conducted.Combined with the analysis of the test data,the key engineering technical indicators such as the bearing performance,construction performance,and economic efficiency of the static drilling rootembedded pile are analyzed.The results show that the static drilling root-embedded pile is suitable for the soft soil layer in the Yangtze River Delta region,with reliable vertical and horizontal static and dynamic load bearing performance.It has high construction efficiency,clear quality control points,and economic advantages compared to traditional bored piles.The research results can provide a reference for the promotion of static drilling root-embedded pile method under similar soil conditions.
