城市生活污水处理提质增效工作实践与探讨——以南方某省地级城市为例

摘　　要：以南方某省为例,通过数据分析、材料核查等,对该省21个地级城市开展生活污水处理“双转变、双提升”提质增效工作进行评估,全面掌握城市生活污水处理提质增效工作的现状水平和存在问题,并提出优化建议,持续深入推进城市污水提质增效工作。该评估是全国首次省级评估,为其他省份工作开展提供借鉴,对于促进全国“十四五”城市生活污水处理提质增效工作推进有着重要意义。Taking a certain province in the south as an example,through data analysis,material verification,etc.,it assesses the double transformation&double improvement work of improving the quality&efficiency of domestic sewage treatment in 21 prefecturelevel cities in the province,comprehensively grasps the current level and existing problems of the work of improving the quality and efficiency of urban domestic sewage treatment,and puts forward optimization suggestions to continue to promote the work of improving the quality&efficiency of urban sewage treatment.The assessment is the first provincial-level assessment in the country,providing a reference for the work of other provinces,and is of great significance for promoting the work of improving the quality&efficiency of urban domestic sewage treatment in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
