摘　　要：目的 探讨艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者更换二线抗病毒治疗药物治疗的效果。方法 按照纳入标准,选取2006至2021年中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的数据,分析潍坊市HIV/AIDS患者更换二线药物治疗前后CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞计数、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值、HIV病毒载量变化情况及相关性。结果 接受更换二线药物患者共116例。与换药前比,换药1年、2年后,CD4^(+)细胞计数中位数由244.50个/μL上升到360.50个/μL、409.50个/μL (P<0.05);CD8^(+)细胞计数由875.00个/μL上升到981.00个/μL、900.50个/μL,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值由0.28上升到0.35、0.41 (P<0.01);病毒载量从3 592拷贝/mL降为0(P<0.01)。结论 艾滋病抗病毒治疗更换二线药物后治疗效果显著,能够促进CD4^(+)细胞的增长和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值的恢复,能够获得较好的免疫恢复和病毒应答。Objective To evaluate the effect of switching to the second-line antiviral therapy drugs in HIV/AIDS patients.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,the data of HIV/AIDS patients in Weifang from^(2)006 to 2021 were extracted from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention,and the changes and correlation of CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)cell count,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio and HIV viral load were analyzed and compared before and after switching to the second-line antiviral drugs in HIV/AIDS patients.Results A total of 116 patients received switching to second-line antiviral therapy.Compared with before switching,after 1 year and 2 years of switching,the median CD4^(+)cell count increased from^(2)44.50 cells/μL to 360.50 cells/μL and 409.50 cells/μL(P<0.05),CD8^(+)cell count increased from 875.00 cells/μL to 981.00 cells/μL and 900.50 cells/μL,with no significant difference(P>0.05),the ratio of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased from 0.28 to 0.35 and 0.41(P<0.01),and the viral load reduced from 3592 copies/mL to 0(P<0.01),respectively.Conclusion For HIV/AIDS patients,the effect of switching to the second-line antiviral therapy drugs is obvious,which can promote the growth of CD4^(+)cells and the recovery of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,and can obtain better immune recovery and virus load response.
