摘  要:动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)在中老年患者中发病率较高,迄今尚未完全阐明AS的发病机理。目前AS已知的危险因素有高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、吸烟、遗传因素等,另外,环境因素在AS的发生和发展过程中也起着重要作用。近年来研究表明,肠道微生物可以通过调节内分泌和机体代谢的一系列过程参与AS的发生和发展。本文简要总结目前肠道菌群与AS发生、发展的关系,以期为AS的诊断和防治提供新思路。Atherosclerosis(AS)has a high incidence rate in middle-aged and elderly patients,and the pathogenesis of AS has not been fully clarified so far.The risk factors of AS include hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,smoking,genetic factors,etc.In addition,environmental factors also play a decisive role in the occurrence and development of AS.In recent years,some studies have shown that intestinal microorganisms can participate in the occurrence and development of AS by regulating a series of processes of endocrine and body metabolism.This paper briefly summarizes the current understanding of the relationship between intestinal flora and the occurrence and development of AS,in order to provide a new idea for the diagnosis and prevention of AS.
