美国高校研究生学术道德教育及对我国的启示

摘  要:高校具有为社会培养高质量人才的职能,而学术道德是高质量人才必须具备的基本素质之一。为了强化研究生的学术道德教育,笔者对美国高校研究生学术道德教育体系进行了解读。发现以下特征:(1)强化制度保障,重视管理层次化;(2)坚持以学生为本的管理理念,营造良好的学术氛围;(3)强调教育与惩戒相结合,注重正向引导。对我国高校研究生教育的启示:1)完善研究生学术诚信制度;2)健全研究生学术道德管理机制;3)加强研究生学术诚信教育。Colleges and universities have the function of cultivating high-quality talents for society,and academic ethics is one of the fundamental qualities that high-quality talents must possess.In order to strengthen the education of graduate students? academic ethics,this study interprets the system of academic ethics education for graduate students in American colleges and universities and identifies their characteristics,including strengthening institutional guarantee and attaching importance to hierarchical management,adhering to the student ortented management concept and creating a favorable academic atmosphere,and emphasizing the integration of education and discipline and focusing on positive guidance.Implications for graduate education in Chinese colleges and universities are improving the system of academic integrity for graduate students,enhancing the management mechanism for graduate students? academic ethics,and strengthening the education of graduate students? academic integrity.
