摘  要:以Web of Science核心数据库1979~2023年“plyometric”“stretching-shorten cycle”和“drop jump”为研究主题的2927篇文献作为数据来源,利用CiteSpace软件对快速伸缩复合训练研究的时间、学科、关键词、时间序列进行分析,进而梳理出快速伸缩复合训练的演进脉络及理论体系如下:(1)快速伸缩复合训练的年发文量保持着逐年上涨的趋势;(2)从学科特点来看,体育科学与生理学相关领域研究在快速伸缩复合训练研究中占据主导地位;(3)从科研产出来看,美国的研究成果目前处于领先地位且研究机构均集中于高校;(4)快速伸缩复合训练可划分为训练机制、运动表现与损伤康复三个热门主题;(5)未来快速伸缩复合训练的研究重点将会集中在训练的监测、应用与康复方面。In order to obtain the required data,a meticulous selection process was undertaken,encompassing a total of 2927 articles from the esteemed Web of Science core database,spanning the years 1979 to 2023,focusing on the research topics of“plyometric”,“stretching-shorten cycle”,and“drop jump”.The subsequent analysis,conducted using the advanced CiteSpace software,delved into the temporal evolution,disciplinary aspects,keywords,and time series associated with research in the field of plyometric and stretching-shorten cycle training.The findings of this study can be summarized as follows:(1)The publication output pertaining to research on plyometric and stretching-shorten cycle training has exhibited a persistent and steady growth trajectory over the years.(2)In terms of disciplinary characteristics,the domain of sports science and physiology emerges as the unequivocal leader in the investigation of plyometric and stretching-shorten cycle training.(3)The research output,predominantly originating from the United States,currently holds a dominant position,with research institutions primarily concentrated within the university setting.(4)The multifaceted nature of plyometric and stretching-shorten cycle training is reflected in its three prominent areas of focus:training mechanisms,movement performance,and injury rehabilitation.(5)Future research endeavors in the realm of plyometric and stretching-shorten cycle training are anticipated to center around the realms of monitoring,application,and rehabilitation of training protocols.
