摘 要:由于传统方法在篮球运动员有氧耐力训练心率负荷预测中应用效果不佳,不仅预测结果相对误差比较大,而且预测时间比较长,无法达到预期的预测效果。因此,提出篮球运动员有氧耐力训练心率负荷预测方法。在篮球运动员有氧耐力训练过程中,利用遥测心率仪采集到运动员心率数据信息,对数据信息预处理,并利用线性回归分析法预测篮球运动员心率负荷,以此完成篮球运动员有氧耐力训练心率负荷预测。经实验证明,设计方法预测相对误差低于1%,单个篮球运动员心率负荷预测时间为1.14min,设计方法在篮球运动员有氧耐力训练心率负荷预测方面具有良好的应用前景。The traditional method has poor application effects in forecasting the heart rate load of basketball players in aerobic endurance training,and it not only has a relatively large error of prediction results,but also has relatively long prediction time,which cannot achieve the expected prediction effect,so a method for predicting the heart rate load of basketball players in aerobic endurance training is proposed.In the aerobic endurance training process of basketball players,telemetry cardiotachometers are used to collect players'heart rate data information and preprocess data information,and the linear regression analysis method is used to predict basketball players'heart rate load,in order to complete the prediction of basketball players'heart rate load in aerobic endurance training.Through experiments,it has been proven that the relative error of the prediction of the designed method is less than 1%,the prediction time of the heart rate load of a single basketball player is 1.14min,and that the designed method has good application prospects in predicting the heart rate load of basketball players in aerobic endurance training.
